Justin Ferguson

Associate

Basil (Justin) started with his in-service training at MSW Consulting at the end of 2014. He was involved in a Water Conservation and Demand Management project in Ladysmith where he showed great potential and was offered a permanent position at MSW Consulting in July 2015. Basil has been involved in construction supervision of bulk water and water reticulation projects. He completed his Bachelors of Technology from Durban University of Technology in July 2018, graduating Cum Laude and receiving the Deans Merit Award for Academic Excellence. Basil has continued his design and monitoring experience on various water and sewer related projects.

Thulasizwe Ngcobo

Associate

Thulasizwe started with his in-service training at MSW Consulting in 2012, gained experience in construction supervision as an ARE in bulk water supply projects. In 2013 Thulasizwe was employed permanently by MSW Consulting ,he was then involved in Green and Blue Drop existing plant audits, tender evaluation, water reticulation design ,further gaining experience in construction supervision as an ER for a 4.8km bulk water supply rising main project with a pump station and a concrete reservoir. In 2015 Thulasizwe was appointed as ARE in a 29km bulk water supply UMgeni project consisting of a pump station,750DN ,700DN and 400DN steel pipe. In July 2018 Thulasizwe completed his Bachelors of Technology from Durban University of Technology graduating Cum Laude, he has continued his water reticulation design experience and construction supervision experience as ER on various bulk water supply projects.

Stephan Scheepers

Associate

Stephan started as a CAD technician at MSW Consulting in August 2015, gained design experience with numerous bulk water, reticulation and water treatment projects. Stephan Joined MSW after working in the Architectural industry for 8 years where he climbed the ladder to Director, he gained a wealth of knowledge in the national building regulations and municipal processes. He continued with his studies in a part time capacity and obtained his National Diploma in 2023. He’s also registered as a Candidate Engineering Technician with ECSA, an Associate Member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineers (SAICE) and a Full Member the Water Institute of South Africa (WISA).

Isthandile Nojiyeza

Associate

Isthandile an energetic and dynamic civil engineer and project manager who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town in 2014. His career journey includes roles at SMEC South Africa from 2014 to 2023, and at MSW Consulting from 2023. Isthandile is a certified Project Management Professional® and a registered Candidate Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He’s also an Associate Member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineers (SAICE) and the Water Institute of South Africa (WISA). His impressive track record features work on prestigious projects in KZN, where he honed his skills in project management, bulk civil infrastructure planning, water and sanitation pipeline design, site supervision, and contract administration. Isthandile’s commitment to excellence and innovation have earned him a stellar reputation with clients and colleagues. He thrives on challenging tasks and enjoys collaborating with others who seek to push beyond the ordinary.

Faith Tambwali

Associate

Faith started with her in-service training at MSW Consulting in 2017and qualified as a Civil Engineering Technician in 2018. She was involved in domestic water reticulation projects where she gained design experience. In 2019, Faith enrolled in a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering at the Durban University of Technology where she qualified in 2021 with Cum Laude as a Civil Engineering Technologist specializing in Water Engineering. In 2022 she was employed permanently as a Design Technologist and obtained her registration as a Candidate Engineering Technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Faith has since been involved in Bulk water and water reticulation projects gaining experience in development of business plans, hydraulic modelling & steady state analysis of domestic water reticulation systems, secondary bulk pipelines, bulk earthworks and reservoir platforms design, access roads design and project documentation and procurement.
